So much has changed, happened and felt. These times have given us all ample space to go within and traipse around our imaginary curiosities.
Connecting keeps coming up for air, then resubmerges under the surface… What’s it all about anyway? One moment we’re born, then we are gone. The breaths we take between those markers must count for something. Do we matter to anyone? Did we love as deeply as we could? Why did we hold back?
I hope you experience the wonder that you are – even for just a moment. So you can remember that time again when you most need to. This journey is the loveliest at times and the most excruciating at times. Be well along the way – don’t delay, be your best self in any given moment. They’ll be days you wish to hold onto and days you wish never came. It’s all good. Be gentle with yourself. It’s just a blink of time.

About Cali Rossen

Coming to You from Portland, Maine. It’s been a little over 5 years now since moving here from Los Angeles. Spent the past 20 years pursuing a career in the Arts, which has given me a unique perspective in the creative & healing arts and the art of business.

The Creative Arts and Healing Arts have merged in my life – from being an Actress, Podcast Host and TV Creator to a Registered Dental Hygienist, Certified Sound & Reiki II Practitioner, Time Line Therapist and a Master Neurolinguistic. These modalities bring multiple facets to this thing we call life.

Now as a Certified Sound Healer, Graduating from The Sound Healer’s Academy in July 2023, I’ve led sacred ceremonies to hundreds of extraordinary guests on their wellness & mindfullness paths. I’m bringing Sound & Reiki Sessions to the world through my Sacred Frequencies TV Show featured on Portland Maine’s PMC Channel 5, and on Sacred Frequencies Youtube Channel.

A quick recap of what I’ve been up to since moving here; I’ve been writing songs from my heart, learning this amazing Kartra software to build my side hustle business, Rock Fashion Art Media –RFAM Networks. I love to share my knowledge, products, and services that make a difference for our family.
